Allamand-Lemaire Annick Shihan
Allamand-Lemaire Annick Shihan began Aikido 30 years ago and she follow the Master André Cognard’s teaching.
She has been living for 20 years in the north of Italy where she had developped Aikido and Aikishintaiso.
She had established and she manage the Accademia of Aikido, ALPA.
She teach in weekly lesson and also in stage, workshop and formation.
She expand also Aikido and Aikishintaiso in other ways (artistic, education and professional formation) and in a special way in link with dance and theatre in collaboration with some choreographers and directors.
